The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Lovingly remodeled lake home, popular location—1 block from Donner Lake piers and a quick drive to 5 ski resorts (Sugar Bowl, Palisades, NorthStar) in winter (10–20 mins), and a 5 minute drive to charming downtown Truckee! A must do 5 min walk to the lakefront brunch at Donner lake Kitchen, or cozy up with the gas fireplace, board games, pool table and an updated well stocked kitchen. No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
