Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

The Rustic Retreat at Twin Ponds

Take it easy and make yourself right at home in our woodsy cabin tucked away in the Cold Hollow Mountains. As you head down the drive, let your worries fade away. You’re now on cabin time. Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. Wake up to coffee on the deck or take a stroll around the pond. And you won’t regret kicking back in the evenings - star gazing is simply magical! We are certain that you’ll have a hard time leaving!

Historic Schoolhouse Minutes From Jay Peak

After a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing, come take a swing at our charming historical cottage. Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

Jay Mountain Retreat

Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Sugar Hill

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

Ten minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort. Secluded in the woods next to Starr Brook, yet only a 2 min drive to the Jay Village Inn restaurant and bar and the Jay Country Store.
