The property is on the quiet side of the island in an area called the Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: There are many amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach, and Pretty Molly Bay. All of these beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 10 minutes of the home. Beach Bungalow 2 has been completely updated. It can sleep 4 adults in 2 queen beds. We have another villa next door that can sleep 4 also. Being a part of Palm Bay means that you enjoy all the comforts of staying at a resort w/your own private beach-,front bungalow. Included in your rental is use of the pool, paddleboards, kayaks, shuttle into George Town, fitness room & concierge services. We allow check in ANYTIME & checkout ANYTIME to make sure you can enjoy & maximize your time in Exuma!

Beautiful beach house with spectacular ocean view

Our home on Exuma, Once Upon a Tide, is located on Hooper's Bay, a quiet and spectacularly beautiful beach. It sits on a hill overlooking the beach and palm trees with a walkway leading to the beach. Our beach home has a fully outfitted kitchen, sunroom, living/dining area with a full size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Relax on the beach, float in the water, swim with the turtles, play badminton or volleyball, or kayak at our home.
