Seconds from the sandy beach, this cottage offers two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom as well as a garden and rare off street parking. Rozel is one of Jersey’s best kept secrets - a peaceful fishing port full of character. Sandy beach, sea swimming, quay jumping, fishing, the famous Hungry Man and wonderful Rozel pub.

At the top of a wooded valley, just north of St Helier, this ground floor, high end apartment is set within a family estate. There is a very private decked patio, which has a small summer house, ideal for relaxing with a book, and is shaded by a mature magnolia. There is a stream beyond, that feeds into the duck pond. Red squirrels play in the large oaks, and there are is an abundance of wildlife, birds such as heron and kingfishers. A regular bus service into town is only 5 mins walk away.

Our home is located in the peaceful countryside north of St Helier, with easy access to the Island’s town, beaches and attractions. The house is well equipped and furnished and makes a super base for excursions, with a bus route just 2 minutes from the house. You will have full use of the house and garden, and also the orchard that borders the property. An electric car charger is available in the driveway and you are welcome to use the BBQ. A great spot for a holiday or a family get together!

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.
