Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

"Konstas House" Cozy Stone Island Retreat

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Grandma’s stone-house

Μια παραδοσιακή πέτρινη μονοκατοικία του 1897, με θαλασσινές πινελιές, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, που θα σας υποδεχτεί για να σας χαρίσει στιγμές ηρεμίας και απόλαυσης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.

This villa is designed in two independent living areas. The primary residence includes a beautifully appointed master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern amenities, a stylish dining area, a cozy living space with sofa and smart TV, as well as a convenient guest WC. In the other unit 2 guests rooms each with their own shower, sharing the double washbasin and a separate toilet. Aktion international airport is 30 min away from the villa.
