The balcony is a great addition with superb views to enjoy with a coffee or glass of wine . Good Wifi speed for home working. Hot tub. Parking for 2-3 cars .

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

An end of terrace grade 2 listed workmans cottage in the conservation area of St. Columb Major, close to Newquay, Wadebridge and Padstow. Fantastic access by road (A30, A38, A39), Rail (nearest station St. Columb Road, 2.5 miles), Air ( Newquay Airport 3 miles). There are several pubs in the village and a lovely tearoom, and local shops including a butchers and a Co-op.
