Squirrels Leap

Squirrels leap is located in the beautiful village of Trawden, voted in the Sunday Times best places to live in the North West 2022. Trawden was the first village in Britain to communily acquire the village pub, shop and library. The property is a stone built detached dwelling next to a stream and set in 9 acres of agricultural land, grazed by rare breed Herdwick sheep. Located in an ecological hotspot, with an abundance of wildlife, this peaceful and tranquil setting provides total relaxation.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic.
