We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

Apartamento situado no Centro da Trafaria, restaurantes, café, talho, merciaria, autocarros e principalmente Barco directo para Lisboa (Belém) ao descer a rua do prédio, algumas partes do teto são inclinados! É segundo andar sem elevador. 2 Quartos, cama de casal e cama de solteiro, cozinha equipada com necessário, máquina lavar roupa, ferro de engomar, sala de estar/jantar, casa de banho! O prédio é muito calmo por ter poucos andares e moradores de mais idade, 5 minutos da Costa da Caparica!

This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have this lovely tiny house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen. Tiny Casa has airconditioning! Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)
