Welcome to Casa Conigliaro, a terraced apartment surrounded by swaying palm trees and the dramatic hills of Sicily. At a 20 minutes drive from Palermo city, it is a green oasis of calm and serenity, offering the luxurity of a swimming pool and a large private terrace with lounge, boarded by impressive vistas and deeply coloured sunsets. It has two comfortable bedrooms decorated with vintage sicilian furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available.

E' posizionata a circa 150mt dalla spiaggia, alla quale si può accedere gratuitamente, e a 5.7km da Cefalù raggiungibile comodamente in treno!

The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. The apartment continues with 3 double bedrooms with a.c. and 2 bathrooms.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, far from city noise, where you can enjoy a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

La sua posizione permette di raggiungere in 10 minuti di auto la spiaggia di Torre Normanna in un tratto di costa bellissimo, il Lido Sporting e il borgo marinaro di San Nicola L'arena, dove nel suo porticciolo turistico è possibile noleggiare barche e gommoni.
