Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! The house features a traditional turf roof and the body of the house still features the same wood/oak which was placed in 1896, giving the house a real warmth. New apartment in the heart of Tórshavn.

The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.

Super hytte

Hytten, som vi nævner den er bygget i 2019 og er fritstående fra huset. Huset ligger på en lukket villavej dvs roligt område. Ligger tæt på fredet natur område, idræt område og Nordens Hus. Det tager ca. 15 min at gå ned til havne/centrum. I hytten findes alt det man normalt har brug for. Parkering plads, TV, WIFI og meget mere.

Studielejlighed 500m fra bymidten

Studielejligheden ligger 500 m fra centrum, og har egen indgang og private parkering (som ellers kan være vanskeligt at finde i byen). Der er en forholdsvis stor gang, badeværelse og et rum på 15 m2 værelse/opholdsstue med køkken, Lige tilpas til 2 voksne. Et godt udgangspunkt for at opleve Færøerne.
