Your accommodation is on a separated level in the house with a private entrance and your own secluded terrace with a spectacular view. It is a beautiful, big room, tastefully furnished with one double bed, two upholstered chairs, a table and an additional armchair. You have your own en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen(open into the room.

Slappna av i en villa med 180 graders havsutsikt i det vackra området Ladera del Mar, strax utanför Nerja. Njut av egen uppvärmd pool (mot extra kostnad 5-7 Euro/dag), trädgård, uteplats med grill, samt flera terasser. Föreningen har en gemensam pool. I villan finns vardagsrum, kök som renoverades 2025, tv-rum, tre sovrum, två badrum samt gästtoalett. I tornet finns ett arbetsrum med en hissnande utsikt. Till ”balkongen” in centrala Nerja är det 3,5 km och till närmaste strand 750 m.
