It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

Come check out our little red ranch in Penn Yan, NY. We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the beautiful Keuka Lake is 1 1/2 miles away with a few public beach access points & parks! If you’re here for the wine you picked the right spot - Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake wineries are a short drive. We also are walking distance to the local shops on Main St. & many restaurants/bars. The Keuka Outlet Trail is right down the street and is great for walking and biking!

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
