La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva fino al mare.

A Porto Cesareo con accesso indipendente .A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. La camera di via Marinaci può ospitare solo 2 persone. Il prezzo comprende i consumi, la pulizia iniziale e finale. È previsto cambio biancheria e rassettamento della stanza ogni 3/4 giorni, a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Forniamo il necessario per una semplice colazione. Nel periodo da ottobre a maggio non si effettuano i servizi di rassettamento,cambio biancheria e colazione.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
