Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Oceanfront cozy cottage with a total of 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bath are located in the detached studio suite. A total of 3 queen beds. Oceanfront deck with amazing ocean views! Beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room. Steps to the beach! Access to the beach over the sand dunes is a short walk just three houses down at the public beach access crossover. Excellent quiet location on the end of the street.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.
