Beautifully renovated farmhouse circa 1906 situated on 5 acres on what was originally Maple Spring Farm. Rural country feel with great views of Brush Mountain yet only two miles from the Virginia Tech campus. Rose Hill is situated 1.7 miles from Virginia Tech's campus. Private and serene with amazing views, our home offers convenience to the local hotspots with the bonus of a peaceful country setting. The apartment is located downstairs and has a private entrance and drive. Enjoy some gorgeous pastel landscapes, equine and canine art featured by our friend and local artist, Patricia Beven. Outdoor seating, gardens and breathtaking views are are within feet of the entrance.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.
