The sea 100m to enjoy the sunset. All conveniences: supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger. Public transport and taxis in housing. An experience at the heart of the lives of the inhabitants which differs from tourist environments. Ideally located for the business world, students and shopping in the capital.
