This totally off-grid 1345 acre property has its own solar power system, harvests all its own water and is located on the outskirts of the Atherton Tablelands in the farming district of Dimbulah on route to Mt Mulligan and Chillagoe. Just constructed with 2 large bedrooms both with spacious ensuites, separated by a welcoming kitchen/dining/living area with a generous verandah across the front of the house.

The outdoor firepit & bbq makes it the perfect spot to relax with platypus sighting & occasional Tree Kangaroo visit. Property has direct access to the river for a lazy arvo.

The Tropical Flower Lodge sits at the foothills of Mt Bartle Frere, surrounded by lush rainforest and vibrant tropical gardens. Our property is also a working flower farm, home to a wide variety of Heliconias and Gingers. The lodge is completely self‑sustaining. Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. Guests often tell us it feels like staying in a hidden, eco‑friendly sanctuary where nature does all the work.

The Lakeside Loft is the ultimate relaxing getaway. It is a luxury pole home, nestled in the tree tops. It boasts three levels all with breath taking panoramic views of the Lake. The back yard has direct access to the lake for water sports for most of the year. We have a canoe and kayak for guest use. The closest boat ramp is located at Tinaburra which is only a couple of mins away. Yungaburra village is also a couple of mins drive and it is 15 min to Atherton and just over 1hr to Cairns.

The second has two spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet and a smaller bedroom with 1 queen bed.

Only a short stroll to the lake and is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. 3 minute drive to Black Gully boat ramp, 12 minutes to Atherton mountain bike park, and Mount Baldy walking trail. It has it all — fishing, hiking, mountain biking, water sports.
