A soli 5 minuti dalla stazione. La casa può accogliere max 5 persone ed è composta da un soggiorno con divano letto, cucina attrezzata, due camere con letto matrimoniale e da un bagno con doccia. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano di un palazzo con ascensore, parcheggio gratuito in zona. Ubicato nella parte commerciale di Tivoli, a 300 mt dall’ospedale e comoda per tutti i negozi/servizi. In 10 min. a piedi si possono raggiungere Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, il Tempio della Sibilla e il centro storico. Villa Adriana dista a 15 min. di macchina o autobus. Il centro di Roma è raggiungibile in 40/60 min. con l'autobus (fermata sotto casa) o treno (stazione ferroviaria a 700 mt).

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Fai un tuffo nel passato in questo spazio unico ricco di storia. La Casa di Lu’ si trova a Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, nel centro storico medievale. E’ una piazza molto antica le cui memorie possono essere datate all’epoca romana. La casa, ubicata all’interno di Palazzo Coccanari, edificio storico della metà del XVI sec.,, è stata recentemente ristrutturata mantenendo, però, i segni storici, per far assaporare ai nostri ospiti un'atmosfera di altri tempi.
