La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Pisa e l'aeroporto sono a 15' in auto e sulla strada si trova la basilica romanica di S. Piero a Grado. Livorno è a 15' in auto. Siena, Lucca, Firenze sono mete di un giorno. L'Istituto Stella Maris è a 5' in auto. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per lavorare da remoto, grazie alla veloce connessione wifi.
