Ardvergnish Cottage is a stunningly remote place to escape to on the beautiful Isle of Mull. A haven for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, you only have to step outside the door to see hen harriers, curlews, and sea eagles. The deer go down past the house in the evening to feed on the marsh, joining the otters who live there. It is centrally located for exploring the island in every direction.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Our lovely apartment is in the heart of idyllic Arisaig Highland village. We have fabulous views over the natural sea harbour and out to the ‘Small Isles’ of Eigg & Muck. A perfect holiday location for up to four guests (plus one baby and one small dog), close to pub, restaurants, rail links, boat trips, ferries, great beaches, walking, kayaking & wildlife.

The Shepherds Bothy

The Shepherds Bothy sits on a quiet farm track, a few minutes walk from our Coffee Shop on the estate. Previously used as a house for the estate Shepherd over 100 years ago, later on it was used as the Gas works for the Castle. When electricity was installed in the Castle, the cottage was left to nature and became a store for old baths and cookers!

Ambleside is a large self catering house, situated in its own grounds in upper Tobermory. A short walk takes you to all amenities on the Main Street with its colourful buildings, shops, pubs and a choice of restaurants. The house has wheelchair access and an ample grassy play area for children.

Cnoc Oran Croft House

Cnoc Oran is a modernised croft house situated on a working croft, the house is on the west side of Iona and is a 5 minute walk from the Machair/Golf course. The house comfortably sleeps six (in three bedrooms) with three bathrooms. Available for weekly let’s Friday - Friday.
