The living area includes a TV and DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms one consisting of a double bed the other has 3 single beds. The property has ample parking. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

It is also less than 10mins to the towns of Cahir and Tipperary and under 15mins to the historic town of Cashel. It is also less than 5 mins drive to the famous wedding venue, Kilshane House.
