The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.

Lovely comfort home

Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, you can also find a variety of foods, bars , etc.
