The Vardo - a charming bohemian caravan

Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood. The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Enjoy tiny house living in a timber frame home. A private drive takes you to the secluded tiny house with farm pond and wooded and meadow trails just outside the door. The house includes a wraparound deck perfect for relaxing before heading into Ithaca. The house is located less than 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College. Area hiking, waterfalls, wineries, restaurants and shopping are in easy traveling distance.

Tinyhouse 2 -- Off the grid. This tinyhouse gem is newly refinished with fresh paint hardwood floor for now it is a finished lean too so bring your sleeping bag and a pillow. The space has heat and electricity so you can charge your cell phone. Across from Upper Buttermilk Falls State Park A portable bathroom with an electric light is your bathroom. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY Park next to outhouse. Outside shower and new A/C!!
