Our home is located on Rte 414 10 miles to Corning or Watkins Glen. The beautiful back yard allows for a campfire (wood ), sunbathing and playing games. Explore the creek bed that leads to a stocked trout stream. Visit the goats at the farm. Kids born 3/25There is a slope from the parking to the house. Two TV's are connected for your convenience. Parking is off 414 with ample space for 3 cars. This remodeled home has hard wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

The master BR has a King bed and walk in closet. The 2nd BR sits across the hallway and is smaller and has a full size bed. The bathroom was completely renovated it features a walk in shower with ample lighting. A separate XL studio apt is in the back of the home w/ a full bath, kitchen and bedrooms.
