Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Hidden Hilltop Cabin

Escape to our very private, peaceful and quiet family cabin perched on a hilltop in the countryside of upstate NY. You'll unplug and watch birds from the porch, hear distant farm animals in the day and the coyotes and owls at night. A nature lovers retreat. There's plenty to do in the area as well. We're just south of the Finger Lakes and wine country, Watkins Glen International and The Gorge, Corning Museum of Glass and Market Street and countless state parks for hiking, biking, boating etc.

This home also has a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms 1 queen bed and 2 twins, with a shared bathroom. The décor of the house is modern with a lake flare. The home has been completely remodeled over the past 10 years with updated appliances and comforts this affords. It is 1 1/2 blocks from the village of Hammondsport and all of its wonderfulness!! It is also 4 1/2 blocks from the edge of Keuka lake. The community park and swimming area are only 1 1/2 blocks away. There is off street parking behind the house with 3 spots. There is outside seating on the front and back porches.
