Winter or summer, the farm offers 10 acres of space to run around with your pups or bags, frisbee, and even a bit of golf. Kayak or canoe, too! So many wineries, bike trails, and parks are close by. Modern Minimalist Tiny House | Firepit | Nature

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

Plus a huge fenced-in back yard, so bring the kids or the dogs and know they are safe while you relax in the three-season room or on the outdoor deck!

McComb's Cabin, Union Pier, MI

Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Kids accepted.
