There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

This apartment is ideally located a short walk from Norwich Train Station with a family run café downstairs serving fantastic coffee, breakfasts and lunches. The apartment is located on the second floor and the staircase is relatively narrow so if you have lots of luggage that you need assistance with, we will do our best to accommodate this.

This is a very popular cottage for family & friends to get together for weekends, holidays and celebrations. It has been fully modernized and furnished to a high standard over the years without losing the charm of exposed beams, wall ties and an open fire. The well equipped kitchen & breakfast area has a range cooker and opens into a generous dining room. The living room opens onto a private patio and garden. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom allow less mobile visitors to be included.
