Arguably, the best lake-swimming spot in the area. Grills, picnic tables, grassy knolls and a sandy beach for a roped-off swim area, free from motorboats. Cheoah Point Beach is a 45 minute drive from our location, near the town of Robbinsville, NC. Stop in Robbinsville for lunch or supplies. Busy for the weekends in summer.

A nice sandy beach area, perfect for swimming. A short drive from the cabin, just past Cheoah Campground.

One of our favorite places on Lake Santeetlah!! Less than 5 miles away. There's a designated swimming area and sandy beach surrounded by picnic tables (with charcoal grills) and a large grassy lawn. A picnic pavilion offers group picnicking with views of the lake. Alcohol is prohibited anywhere in the area.
