Gibbs Gardens is a beautiful place to visit if you love flowers and gardens. It is a 45 minute scenic drive from the cabin. You can spend 3-4 hours so there is a lot of walking. Cafe on site and restaurants nearby as well

Again for garden lovers. Gibbs gardens is the manifestation of a Mr Gibbs dreams that he has worked a lifetime for. It’s a world class garden that spans 500 acres. Check out the website and see what’s in bloom. It’s about 40 minutes north of Roswell. Spend a day there and have lunch too at the cafe. Come home with many ideas!!

Let me be honest - everyone rants and raves about Gibbs Gardens. I’ve been and apparently they don’t tell you before you go in if nothing is in bloom yet (out of season) I was less then impressed. If the timing is right - I’ve heard it is beautiful. Expensive! Not a big fan.
