We recommend the jamón croquette at the El Truco bar. And if you are brave, the caracoles (snail ) croquette. Also you can try our famous salmuera (brine anchovies). The anchovies have been cured for a while inside a barrel with salt and they are usually served with a garlic olive oil and vinegar vinaigrette... en Bodegas Almao. Another tapa is the mushroom in the Champi. A little further is Los Victorinos. There all the tapas are delicious. Finally, the Patatas Asadas ( roasted potatoes ) and Sardinas Plancha (sardines) from La Flor de la Sierra are also very good.
