Based in Casamicciola, the park is based in a part of the island which is famous for its thermal water and takes advantage of Ischia's natural springs by offering 10 separate pools, each with a different temperature ranging from 30 to 40 degrees Celcius. The water is naturally much hotter than this but a clever cooling systems creates a range of diverse environments that can be enjoyed on a day or half day visit. A number of treatments are available during a visit to the park, dealing with problems such as arthritis, muscle problems and breathing difficulties to name just a few. Among the services provided are mud baths, relaxation baths and other hydrological treatments.

Uno dei parchi Termali Isolani. Non è il più Grande o spettacolare ma è molto carino curato e funzionale.

Situato in una verdeggiante conca naturale, il Castiglione dispone di 10 piscine di cui 8 termali con una gradazione dell'acqua che va dai 30°C - 40°C, oltre alla piscina olimpica alimentata da acqua di mare e di una spiaggia privata. Il parco dispone anche di piscine Kneipp, sauna naturale, idromassaggi ed un reparto per cure termali dove è possibile praticare fangobalneoterapia, cure inalatorie e massoterapia con l'assistenza di terapisti qualificati e medici specialisti. Le cure termali sono convenzionate con il S.S.N..
