Marvellous forest with great trails through tall trees and a godsend in the hot summer. Easy to follow routes and nice walks off the track. Great place for kids as the nature trails are marked out. Good place for a dog walk!

Not many places in the UK are home to the red squirrel, but we’re one of them. See these beautiful little creatures in many locations but very often spotted in Parkhurst Forest . Watch out for the squirrel road signs when you’re out and about too.
