This is one of the best Japanese Ramen in Perth. Always packed with ramen lovers. Dosukoi ramen especially warms my heart. To avoid long queue, I prefer to go on a Friday night (much quieter), order my food, pay, and can sit straight away while waiting for my delicious ramen. At peak hours (on Saturdays and Sundays), you have to plan well because you have to: place your order, pay, leave your mobile number, get a ticket, and wander around the market until they text you when the food is ready. Best to eat on the spot, as handmade noodles can get soggy after few minutes. They also have a branch in Perth CBD, which only opens during office hours.
