Doro Gawa hot spring is a hot spring town spreading at high altitude of about 820 m above sea level. It is surrounded by mountains with an altitude of 1,000 to 2,000 m above sea level, and in winter it is crowded with guests who enjoy Yukimi Onsen as a spa town where snow is unusually rare in Nara. In the last few years attention was paid to Showa retro style streets as the improvement of accommodation advanced and the number of female guests increased.
