This is the friendliest grocery store in town. It has conventional products and items, but also produce is organic and they have tons of orgnaic/natural/earth-friendly products. Their meats aren't usually organic but are without hormones. You can find organic chicken and beef at the QFC. Head into Bellevue for Whole Foods for bigger selection of meats.

If you're looking for more organic or higher-end options, this reasonably affordable mini-chain is one of our favorites. It's a short (8 min), pretty drive across Lake Washington.

Great local grocery store that has a walk up coffee & beer/wine counter as well as a la carry dinner items & a daily buffet.
