Even if you don’t plan to cook, there are a lot of prepared foods and fresh fruit. For breakfast/brunch, there’s Kitchen Kulture’s breakfast sandwich (always a huge line but I hear they’re great), a couple of bakeries (I am gluten free so I get Prioritized Pastries), a crepe truck, and coffee and tea Open Saturday only 8am-12:30.

Best farmers market in STL ⚜️. The main market is Saturdays from 8am-12pm with free yoga at 9:30am. There is a vast variety of vendors, to include food trucks. They offer another market on Tuesday early evenings which is less busy. The park is beautiful and also has 3-mile running route.
