Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

The house(72m2) has two bedrooms, bathroom as well as a living room and kitchen. The one bedroom has a double bed,closets and a/c.The other room consists of two single beds,closets and a/c.In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a bed and also a smart 40 ''TV and a/c.In the some area is a table with 4 chairs and fireplace.In the kitchen there is a fridge, electric oven, nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.There is an veranda and thehouse is located in a land of 900m2.
