Renovated ground floor appartment in Toroni. Situated close to the sea, in the most peacefull region of Toroni, yet close to shops and taverns It's thick stone bio-climatic construction, allows it to stay cool throughout all summer. The appartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a convertible double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper bed-sofa. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .
