The old post office offers modern decor comfortable accommodation central heating the property is situated approx 300 metres from the blue flag Mablethorpe beach. 200 metres from local shop & cinema fish & chip shop nearby. we are approx 1 mile to town centre. there are lots of interesting walks & interesting places to visit within walking distance or short drive.the owners live on site and will be available for any help advice you may need also to help with any problems .

Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything you need and the beautiful beach and sea just a stones throw away. The property is opposite the beach and there is a bar/restaurant and chip shop across the road Queen’s Park is across the road with its boating lake and children’s park and splash pool. Inside, you’ll find a cosy, thoughtfully styled space full of warmth and character. Wake in peaceful bedrooms nestled in the eaves, with birdsong drifting through the garden. After days spent wandering nearby walks and country lanes, curl up by the log burner or fire up the BBQ. Venture into nearby villages for traditional pubs, local shops and a slower pace of life.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
