Then only blocks from downtown Kingston go enjoy a night on the town IMPORTANT NOTE: this houseboat must remain securely docked at all times and cannot be taken out on the water.

A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat, featuring a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch, and a fold-out couch. Kids and adults love it! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so fun! There's a full toilet, hot shower, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy!

The bathroom on board is not usuable but guests can use the clean well kept marina bathrooms and showers just a short walk away. Come unplug!

The lake provides great summer and winter fun (fishing, skiing, swimming, kayaking, four wheeling, snowmobiling, etc.).
