The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Stylish Islington two-bed maisonette

This beautiful apartment is right by the tube and bus stops. It has a garden, two beds and two bathrooms. It's a really charming conversion and it's full of antiques and things from my travels. There is lots of space to eat, rest and enjoy. We used to keep our cat on the property when we were also living there, so some of the reviews mention Ish our cat but she is no longer there. We now live most of the time in Portugal so we are renting out the whole apartment rather than just a room.

We also provide a mini fridge, simple continental breakfast, and tea and coffee facilities. (Note that there is no kitchen.)

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a super king bed in the master bedroom and king bed in the second room. Guests have access to the whole property including a large, well equipped kitchen (with Smegg coffee machine), separate living/dining room and office area. The bathroom has a large bath and powerful shower.
