The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Across the HWY of Buc-ee’s. 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron, steamer available. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
