La casa è in località malfatano a 1,8 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda (tra cui 800 mt di strada sterrata) La casa garantisce privacy e tranquillità. L'immobile è di circa 65 mq con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno cucina e bagno. la casa è dotata di condizionatori. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda, un barbecue un forno a legna e campo da tennis. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
