This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Traveler's Nest is located in Blount County on The Dragon - a stretch of highway that attracts visitors from all over the world with breath-taking scenery and for the challenge of driving the extreme curves. It is less than 20 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 30 minutes from The University of Tennessee and less than an hour from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are many local restaurants and shops to explore and a ton of outdoor activities to enjoy.
