Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Copt Heath Cottage is a 200 year old oak beamed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. With tapestries, patchwork quilts and period furniture throughout it is ideal for a cosy getaway for 1-5 people. Our house is run on 100% renewable energy. The cottage is near greenery, a golf course and canals. Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Tucked away in a delightful rural hamlet, our beautifully converted 16th century barn sits within the private, attractive grounds of our family farmhouse. Despite the countryside feel, the NEC, Birmingham International Train Station, the shops and restaurants at Resorts World/The Genting Arena, and our excellent local gastropub are all 20-30 mins walk, and Birmingham Airport is a 5 minute drive. It is the perfect place for visitors to the area and great for stopovers before taking flights

The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's.
