Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. Private patio and grill.

Mountain View Cottage in East Tennessee

If you're a remote worker, traveling RN, or need a base while you look for property (Aaron is a licensed TN realtor), this cozy cottage will be your respite. This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is close to the tri-cities. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view! Mid-term rentals are preferred, but short-term rentals are considered. We strongly encourage purchasing AirBnB Insurance because we do not do refunds for cancellations. Dogs are considered, but no cats.

Tennessee Treetops

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING Available for long term rental as well. $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee. Please purchase travel insurance as these reservations are non refundable.

Upstairs, studio-style loft located minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

Country Comfort

Come stay at our Country Comfort when visiting the area! Just 8 minutes away from Jonesborough’s historic downtown and 20 minutes from Johnson City, surrounded by country homes and farmland, our place has everything you need. Completely renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house, in unit free washer/dryer, and a big, well-kept fenced in backyard (new playset just installed!) Parking is free on property and foldable baby playcrib and highchair are available at no extra cost!

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax!

Woodland Hideaway Camper

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Tucked in the outsides of charming Jonesborough, this camper has a unique and homey feel that will make you never want to leave. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Jonesborough and 20 minutes from Johnson City. Take a hike in our fenced and wooded 2 acres. Pick some blackberries. Do some meditation!

A spacious two-bedroom house (duplex). Only 5 minutes from ETSU. Only 3 minutes from the VA hospital. About 7 minutes from downtown Johnson City. Close to Food City, Aldi and restaurants.
