We have taken great care to preserve the traditional character of the house and offer you a high standard at a reasonable price. During the summertime, the Apartments are always pleasantly cool, thanks to the old stone architecture. Your apartment is super centrally located, directly opposite to the old fortress, 200 meters from the tourist information and surrounded by the best restaurants in town.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This guesthouse is run by Gocha and his wife Nino, a warm and creative couple known for their hospitality. Gocha is highly skilled in crafting, and the entire home is decorated with unique handmade pieces, created by him. Every detail has its own story and adds character to the space. One of the most unforgettable features? A small cable-car food delivery that brings meals directly to the terrace — a charming touch guests always remember.

The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

By the wood

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.

Entire House & Garden - Chokhelis' Telavi Retreat

This charming, rustic house in Telavi once belonged to my grandparents and was built in the early 20th century in authentic Georgian style, using large river stones, red bricks, and featuring a spacious wooden balcony. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Telavi’s streets and breathtaking Caucasian mountains. During our renovation, we made sure to preserve the home’s original style and decor.
