Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has 2 single beds next to each other, and the living room also has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all of our linens are white and soft. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your use with everything needed if you decide to make lunch or dinner. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
