Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

An ideal space for a couple or single person with an extra bed in the lounge room area, which has a trundle suitable for a child. This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.

Our modern house was designed + purpose built with a completely separate, self-contained 1 Bedroom ‘apartment’ (it’s more like a 1-bedroom house). The previous owners built the property to have their Mum stay in the self-contained 1 bedroom, giving them separation while still next door.
