Trillium Cottage at Lake Santeetlah

Trillium Cottage is situated on 2.5 heavily wooded acres overlooking the Snowbird Mountains and Lake Santeetlah. This very private two bedroom, one-story cottage sleeps 6 (two queen beds, one sleeper sofa) and has two full baths. The clean contemporary decor features artwork by regional artists and new comfortable furnishings. This is a place to relax, unwind, enjoy a good book, time on the lake, take a beautiful drive on the Cherohala Skyway, hike one of the many nearby trails, check out the artists in Stecoah, cook your favorite foods or simply take in the nature around you. *If you have a group larger than Trillium Cottage can accommodate and looking for an additional cottage close by, please check out Sundance Cottage. It's a very short walk away and can accommodate 7. **ATTENTION: The last 1.5 miles to my cottage is a forest service gravel road and one part is a bit steep. Front or All wheel drive is recommended.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Large Private Home on Wooded Acreage

The Harvest House is a large 2-story home on acreage, with 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Additionally, there is an area with twin beds for extra sleeping space. The home accommodates 8-10 people comfortably in beds. In addition, there is floor space for extra sleeping. Guests have access to the main resort outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy the full service kitchen, screened back porch, creek, and wifi. There is no cable tv, however there are wifi and the TVs with HDMI ports.

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.

This one of a kind, like new, white pine, 2/2 log cabin is absolutely perfect in every way! Cathedral ceilings, rock fireplace, comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, wood floors, fully equipped kitchen, great room with picture window, wrap around deck! The cabin is equipped with linens/towels and most everything you need to cook a meal., just bring groceries and personal items. This cabin is also handicap accessible. WIFI is now available. Cozy vintage cabin on beautiful Lake Santeetlah. Enjoy the water views from the screened in porch, dip your feet in the clear lake on the private dock, or take a kayak out to explore the coastline. In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. This cozy 3 BR, 1.5 BA rustic mountain cabin is ideal for your family getaway, a special retreat with friends, or simply a night's break from the monotony of the road. This cabin is nestled in a private mountain cove on 16 peaceful acres but only 3 miles to Highway 143 and the Cherohala Skyway.
