Milk Hand House Peaceful 1 bedroom cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cabin was built in the 1950's for housing dairy workers. It sits on 11 acres. This area is an old dairy farm. Lots of family history here going all the way back to WWII. 1 bedroom with queen size bed, small laundry room, queen size fold out couch, pots and pan, dishes, microwave, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Super fast high speed internet. Roku tv's. Peaceful front porch with rocking chairs and very tranquil view.

Cozy Camp on the River

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeps 12 comfortably. It also has a couch for an additional person and if two people would like to sleep on the futon, then it has an additional spot. The large porch is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Below is an outdoor space great for gatherings that includes a full bathroom, picnic tables, barbecue pit, and a food prep area. During the summer it has a built in large fan to keep the entire area cool.

Also nearby is the public boat launch, Sun Buns river bar boat taxi, and other local favorite spots! Located about 40 miles outside of New Orleans.

It comes furnished and includes a private bathroom with a full shower and commode, heat and A/C, and WiFi access, plus a kitchen with a full refrigerator and range. Please bring towels, blankets, pillows, linens, grilling utensils, and personal items.
